The Menands Kickball League is a hometown independent league first and foremost. That said in our first season, we have to start with some rules. World Kickball Association rules are a complete set of rules to start from, you can find them at https://kickball.com/rules/ . Learn them, know them, live them, or just show up and do your best. If during the course of the season all teams agree to modify the rules we’ll post changes here and let you know through email, your coaches, text messages, and the good old fashioned grapevine.
